The Coyotes put quite a cap on their banner season last week. Williston won its first-ever Class A championship, edging WDA foe Minot High in the finals in Grand Forks. The program was participating in its first state tournament but handled the big stage well. The team finished with a 31-4 mark and also won the WDA regular season title.
