The 2025-26 girls' wrestling West Region Individual Tournament was held on Feb. 13 and hosted by TMCHS Belcourt. The top eight place winners in the 13 respective weight divisions qualified for the state individual tournament. The 2025-26 ND Individual and Dual Tournament was hosted by the Fargo Metro Committee and held Feb. 19-21. The individual tournament was conducted Feb. 19-20 at the Fargodome. The State Dual Tournament was  held on  Feb. 21 at the Fargodome. The top four finishers in the WDA standings and along with the top four placing schools in the EDC dual tournament qualified for the tournament.
