The 2025-26 boys' basketball postseason for WDA Division AA teams began with West Region Tournament play. Two play-in games were conducted Feb. 27. The quarterfinals were March 5 at the Bismarck Event Center. Loser-out and semifinals were March 6 with two state-qualifiers and the championship play on March 7. The top four place winners advanced to the Division AA Tournament.

The Region 3 Tournament was held at the Minot State Dome while the Region 4 Tournament was held at Standing Rock High School. Participating WDA teams were TMCHS (Belcourt) in Region 3 and Watford City in Region 4. The top 3 finishers in each respective region advanced in the postseason.

 The 2025-26 boys' basketball Division A state qualifying games were held Feb. 28. The second place and third place finishers from Region 3 and Region 4 participated in games held at the Minot Auditorum.  The second place and third place finishers from Region 1 and Region 2  participated in games played at Fargo Scheels Center in the Sanford Health Athletic Complex. Winners advanced to the Division A state tournament.
