Notes: Williston defended its state title, placing six runners in the top 20...Century junior Ruby Ihmels defended her individual title, finishing the 5,000 meters in a time of 17:06; she became the first Patriot girl to win back-to-back titles...The WDA had 14 runners earn all-state honors, representing four schools (Bismarck High, Century, Minot High, Williston)...Century's Jillian Lemer was state senior athlete of the year...Century's Kate Fox was state coach of the year...Weather conditions were cloudy and cool with temps in the low 50s.
