BISMARCK - Legacy defeated Bismarck High 6-3 on Sept. 15 in a WDA match up to moved into sole possession of third place in the standings at the moment. The Sabers are 3-1 in conference play and 8-8 overall. Bismarck High fell to 1-3 in the WDA and 4-9 overall.

Legacy's top four singles players secured victories, setting the tone for the match. Connor Svihovec continues his stellar senior campaign, getting a straight-set victory at No. 1. In doubles, the Sabers clinched two out of three matches, demonstrating strong teamwork and coordination.

Bismarck put up a competitive fight, winning two singles matches. The squad's effort in doubles also showcased their potential, taking one of the three matches against a formidable Legacy team.

Legacy will face Century, who holds a 2-2 WDA record and 8-5 overall, on September 17. Bismarck is set to compete against Minot North, currently 1-2 in the WDA and 8-4 overall, also on September 17.
