GRAND FORKS - Jamestown ran into a buzzsaw in EDC perennial powr Grand Forks Red River on Sept. 11. The Roughriders, one of the top teams in the EDC, won all eight matches, demonstrating their depth and skill.
Aden Oettle gave a spirited effort for Jamestown at No. 1 singles. He battled from a set down to force a super tie-break before falling. Jamestown's players competed with determination, gaining valuable experience against a formidable opponent. Jamestown will face Grand Forks Central, who are yet to play a match this season, on September 11.
