BISMARCK - Century extended its unbeaten streak to seven matches and stayed in contention for the WDA regular season title following its 2-1 win over Jamestown on Sept. 22 at the MDU Resources Community Bowl. The Pats improved 7-1-3 in the Western Dakota Association, while Jamestown fell to 3-7-2.

Leading Patriot point prodcuer Cale McEvers staked the Patriots to an early lead. Gaege Gangness added a crucial second goal, providing the team with an insurance marker that proved vital in the final outcome. Liam Becker cut the deficit in half for Jamestown. The loss snapped the Blue Jays three-match win streak.

Century will face Minot North on September 24, while Jamestown prepares to take on Mandan-St. Mary's on the same day.
