BISMARCK - Minot North erased a 3-1 second half deficit to edge Bismarck 4-3 in an exciting conference opener on a rainy nigh on Aug. 14 at Sanford Sports Complex.
Minot North's Jayden Marshall scored the game-winner with four minutes to play. He also added an assist on the match-tying goal. Bismarck High was paced by seniors Camren Haase (3 points) and Daniel Matthew (2 goals).
Minot North starts the season 1-0, while Bismarck begins at 0-1.
Minot North will face Legacy next on August 18, while Bismarck looks to rebound against Jamestown on the same date.
