BISMARCK - Minot High edged West Fargo Horace in a thrilling five-set match, winning 3-2 in the State Tournament Consolation Semis. Minot improved to 22-14 overall, while West Fargo Horace moved to 8-5.
Minot's Everette Deschamp led the way with 19 kills, supported by Kynsli Gillmore's 15 kills. Mackenzie Dufner orchestrated the offense with 53 assists, while Camdyn Varty anchored the defense with 39 digs.
West Fargo Horace saw strong performances from Kendall Mueller, who recorded 19 kills and 19 digs. Alivia Suda contributed 25 assists and 14 digs, showcasing a well-rounded effort.
Minot will face Bismarck next, while West Fargo Horace is set to play Jamestown on November 22.
