BISMARCK - Bismarck Century advanced to the semifinals of the state tournament with a 3-1 victory over West Fargo Horace. The Patriots improved to 32-2 overall, while the Hawks fell to 8-3.
Sylvia Taylor led the Patriots with a match-high 16 kills, contributing significantly to the team's offensive success. Abby Fosland directed the attack with 22 assists, while Kinley Pedersen anchored the defense with 12 digs.
For West Fargo Horace, Kendall Mueller showcased her defensive prowess with 26 digs. Jordan Christofferson and Kendall Mueller also led the Hawks' offense with 10 kills each.
Bismarck Century will face West Fargo Sheyenne next, while West Fargo Horace moves into consolation play against Minot.
