MANDAN - Mandan defeated Williston 3-1 in the WDA Tournament Play-In, improving their record to 11-21 overall and 7-11 in the WDA. Williston finished their season at 3-29 overall and 0-18 in the WDA.

Jersey Hammes led Mandan with 20 kills and contributed 16 digs, showcasing her all-around performance. Anna Claire Bugbee added 13 kills and was a force at the net with 2 blocks. Gabriele Frohlich orchestrated the offense with 26 assists and also recorded 20 digs.

Williston's Alex Austreim was a standout with 10 kills and 19 digs, while Al Austreim supported with 14 assists. Rylee Irgens anchored the defense with a match-high 26 digs, adding a service ace to her contributions.

Mandan advances to face Minot on November 13 in the West Region quarterfinals. Williston's season concluded with the match.
