MANDAN - Bismarck Century emerged victorious with a 4-1 win over Bismarck High in the WDA Tournament Loser Out match. Century improved to 9-10 overall and 4-3 in the WDA, while Bismarck High concluded their season at 1-18 overall and 0-7 in the WDA.

Reed Romsaas secured a win for Century at No. 1 singles, defeating Ryan Mullally 7-5, 3-2 before Mullally retired. Connor Michela also contributed to Century's singles success with a 6-3, 6-0 win over Miles Hanson.

In doubles action, the pair of Mason Wagendorf and Jacob Gross clinched a straight-sets victory over Max Chouinard and Grayson Grinaker, 7-6 (4), 7-5. Teddy Andrist and Hayden Parent added another doubles win for Century, overcoming Seth Peterson and Quinn Roberson 3-6, 6-1, 10-7.

Century will advance to face Minot, who holds a 5-2 WDA record and a 16-6 overall record, on October 2.
