MINOT - Williston secured a 5-2 victory over Minot North on August 25, improving to 2-2 overall while Minot North fell to 1-3.

Williston dominated the singles matches, with Kallon Delorme defeating Brayden Callahan 6-4, 6-3, and Kane Shannon overcoming Lucas Griffith 6-2, 6-3. Rhett Carns clinched a close match against Reece Blikre, winning 7-6 (0), 6-4.

In doubles, Minot North's Colton Griffith and Parker Vigestad secured a win over Gavin Douglas and Brooks Bratlien 6-2, 6-2. However, Williston's Chaz Bakken and Eli Buth triumphed over Macsen Knittel and Maddox Kotaska 6-4, 6-4, sealing the overall match victory.

Williston will face Bismarck Legacy (2-1) on August 29, while Minot North prepares to take on Bismarck Century (1-2) on August 26.
