MINOT - The Mandan boys' tennis team secured a decisive 5-0 victory over Minot in a non-conference match, improving their record to 3-0. Minot fell to 2-1 on the season.

Jared Christen led Mandan in singles play with a commanding 6-2, 6-0 win over Oliver Thompson. Matthew Christen followed suit with a 6-2, 6-4 victory against Connor Ressler, showcasing Mandan's depth in singles competition.

In doubles, the duo of Lucas DeRosier and Donaven Birdine triumphed 6-3, 6-4 over Nolan Moore and Tyson Barden. Ben Sayler and DeKlan Wollschlager completed the sweep with a 6-0, 6-2 win against Aiden Bye and Calvin Olson.

Mandan will next face Bismarck Century on August 25, while Minot looks to rebound against Bismarck Legacy on August 26.
