MANDAN - Mandan defeated Minot North 128-58 in a conference swim meet, improving to 5-1 overall and 4-1 in the WDA. Minot North remains winless at 0-4 overall and 0-3 in the WDA.

Mandan's Emma Masseth led the way in the 200-yard IM, finishing first with a time of 2:23.84. Catherine Lindsey also excelled for Mandan, capturing the 100-yard butterfly in 1:06.08. Ava Francis contributed significantly, winning the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:09.49.

Minot North's standout performance came from Jaina Yoder, who placed second in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:14.52. Elila Gemar also performed well, securing second place in the 100-yard freestyle, clocking in at 1:01.14.

Mandan will face Bismarck Legacy (3-2) on October 24, while Minot North will compete against West Fargo (0-1) on the same day.
