FARGO - Minot High edged Fargo North 3-2 in a non-conference boys' tennis match. Minot improved to 11-2 overall, while Fargo North opened their season at 0-1.

Minot's Arnav Panwalkar secured a straight-set victory over Nolan Moore, winning 6-3, 6-3. In a tightly contested match, Tyson Barden of Minot overcame John Bourke 7-6 (4), 6-4.

In doubles, the Minot pair of Connor Ressler and Henrik Evanoff dominated Nate Wilson and Thomas Webb with a flawless 6-0, 6-0 performance. The duo of Dhimant Mannuru and Matthew Androvec also contributed to Minot's success with a 6-4, 6-4 win over Aiden Bye and Owen Sundahl.

Minot will face Fargo South next, while Fargo North is set to play Bismarck Legacy, who are 3-0 in the WDA and 8-3 overall.
