BISMARCK - Bismarck Legacy secured a decisive 8-1 victory over Minot North, improving their record to 3-2 overall and 1-0 in the Western Dakota Association. Minot North fell to 1-5 overall and 0-2 in conference play.

Legacy showcased strong performances in singles, with Connor Svihovec leading the charge by defeating Colton Griffith in a three-set match, 5-7, 6-1, 6-0. Brady Johnson also contributed significantly with a straight-set win over Brayden Callahan, 7-6 (5), 6-1.

In doubles, the pair of Svihovec and Johnson dominated, winning their match against Griffith and Callahan with a commanding 6-0, 6-1 scoreline. The duo of Carter Madison and Braxton Spooner also impressed with a 6-0, 6-2 victory.

Next, Bismarck Legacy will face Williston on August 29, while Minot North will meet Mandan on September 2.
