BISMARCK - Bismarck Legacy defeated Bismarck Century 8-1 on Tuesday, improving to 4-0 in the Western Dakota Association and 10-4 overall. Century's record stands at 2-2 in the WDA and 6-7 overall.

Connor Svihovec led Legacy with a commanding 6-0, 6-2 victory over Ryan Mullally in the No. 1 singles match. Cullen Satrom secured Century's lone win at No. 2 singles, defeating Declan Hosek 6-3, 6-3.

In doubles, the team of Svihovec and Brady Johnson triumphed over Mullally and Satrom, winning in three sets, 6-1, 3-6, 10-3. Legacy's Andrew Jones and Kevin Kalb also claimed a straight-set victory, 6-2, 6-0.

Legacy will next face Bismarck, who holds a 0-2 WDA record, on September 19. Century will also play Bismarck on September 18.
