Bismarck Century defeats Wahpeton, 4-1

FARGO - Bismarck Century defeated Wahpeton 4-1 in a non-conference boys' tennis match, improving to 6-6 overall. Wahpeton fell to 0-3 on the season.

Ryan Mullally led Century's singles victories with a strong performance, defeating Watson Nagel 6-2, 7-5. Cullen Satrom also contributed with a decisive 6-2, 6-2 win over Zach Comings.

Mason Wagendorf secured another singles win for Century, outlasting Daxon Carter in a competitive match, 7-6 (2), 6-1. In doubles, Teddy Andrist and Jacob Gross clinched the match with a 6-2, 7-6 (4) victory.

Bismarck Century will next face Bismarck Legacy on September 16, while Wahpeton's next opponent is not yet scheduled.
