MINOT - Bismarck Century defeated Minot North 7-2 in the conference opener, improving to 2-3 overall and 1-0 in the WDA, while Minot North fell to 1-4 overall and 0-1 in the WDA.

Ryan Mullally led Century in singles with a decisive 6-1, 6-2 victory over Colten Griffith. Cullen Satrom also secured a win for Century, overcoming Brayden Callahan 6-3, 7-6 (4).

In doubles, the duo of Hayden Parent and Cullen Satrom triumphed in a close match against Callahan and Parker Vigestad, winning 7-6 (3), 3-6, 10-6. The team of Mullally and Conner Michela contributed with a 6-3, 6-2 victory over Colten and Lucas Griffith.

Bismarck Century looks to continue their momentum against Jamestown (3-1 overall) on August 28, while Minot North will face Bismarck Legacy (2-2 overall) on the same day.
