BISMARCK - Mandan defeated Bismarck Century 6-1 in a non-conference boys' tennis match, improving their record to 4-0 while Century fell to 1-3.

Mandan showcased their depth by sweeping the singles matches. Jared Christen led the way with a decisive 6-2, 6-1 victory over Ryan Mullally. Matthew Christen followed suit, securing a 6-1, 6-2 win against Connor Michaela.

In doubles, Century's Hayden Parent and Cullen Satrom claimed their team's sole victory with a 6-4, 7-6 win over Lucas DeRosier and Donaven Birdine. Mandan's Eli Kleinknecht and Adam Walker came back to win their match 3-6, 6-3, 6-3.

Next, Mandan will face Minot North on September 2, while Bismarck Century takes on Minot North on August 26.
