WILLISTON - The Williston Coyotes secured a 1-0 victory over Minot North, improving their record to 3-6-1 in the Western Dakota Association. Minot North falls to 6-6-1 overall.

Ababoucarr Jobe scored the decisive goal for Williston in the 18th minute, assisted by Ryan Serrano. The Coyotes' defense, anchored by goalkeeper Tristan Boots, held strong throughout the match.

Tristan Boots was outstanding in goal, recording 11 saves to keep Minot North scoreless. For Minot North, Macklin Kelly made six saves, stepping up in the absence of their starting goalkeeper.

Williston will look to continue their positive momentum against Jamestown on September 20. Minot North will face Minot on September 23.
