BISMARCK - Bismarck Legacy defeated Minot 2-0, improving to 4-0 in the WDA and 4-1 overall. Minot dropped to 3-1 in both WDA and overall records.

Legacy's Riley Ketterling opened the scoring in the 41st minute, assisted by Owan Joyce. Joyce later scored a goal himself in the 63rd minute, with an assist from Nolan Healy, to secure the victory.

James Erickson played a crucial role for Legacy with nine saves, keeping Minot off the scoreboard. Minot's Ian Stewart made four saves in the match.

Legacy remains unbeaten in conference play and will face Minot North next on August 30. Minot will look to bounce back against Williston on August 28.
