BISMARCK - Bismarck Century defeated Jamestown 3-0 in a Western Dakota Association boys' soccer match, improving to 6-5-3 overall, while Jamestown fell to 5-8-1.
Kyle Livesay opened the scoring for Century in the 5th minute with an assist from Jaxon Jahnke. Jahnke extended the lead in the 27th minute with an unassisted goal, giving Century a 2-0 advantage at halftime.
Cale McEvers sealed the victory for Century with an unassisted goal in the 51st minute. Jamestown's goalkeeper Evan Harty made two saves in the match.
Century will face Bismarck (5-6) on October 7, while Jamestown will look to rebound against Minot (7-3) on October 4.
