WATFORD CITY - South Prairie defeated Watford City 3-0 in a non-conference volleyball match on October 21, improving to 3-0 overall, while Watford City fell to 5-10.

South Prairie took the first set decisively, 25-10, setting the tone early. Watford City responded in the second set, pushing South Prairie to a close 26-24 finish. The third set saw South Prairie secure the match with a 25-18 win.

Bailey Mattson led Watford City with six kills, while Lohgan Hanna contributed four. Isabella Vega was key in setting up plays, recording seven assists. On defense, Nora McGorman stood out with 18 digs.

Watford City will look to rebound against Killdeer on October 23. South Prairie will face TMCHS (Belcourt) on October 27.
