WATFORD CITY - Dickinson Trinity swept Watford City 3-0 in a non-conference volleyball match on Tuesday night. Dickinson Trinity improved to 1-0 overall, while Watford City fell to 0-1.
Bailey Mattson led Watford City with 13 kills, showcasing her offensive prowess. Flynn Robinson contributed significantly with 10 assists, facilitating the Wolves' attack.
On defense, Frida Grijalva anchored Watford City with 16 digs, while Sam Chavez added 8 digs to support the backline. Grijalva also recorded a service ace.
Watford City will look to bounce back against Shiloh Christian on September 4, while Dickinson Trinity will face Watford City again on September 30.
