MINOT - Minot North claimed a straight-set victory over Williston, winning 3-0 at Sentinel Gymnasium. The win improved Minot North to 5-12 in the Western Dakota Association and 12-17 overall, while Williston fell to 0-17 in conference play and 3-27 overall.

Aven Kelly, Brynn Francis, and McKinnley Kragh led the offensive charge for Minot North with 11 kills each. LeAnne Sim orchestrated the attack with 25 assists, complemented by Francis's 16 assists. Defensive efforts were highlighted by Anistyn Perrin, Kate Weishaar, and Kailyn Mckechnie, each contributing 11 digs.

Williston showcased strong individual performances, with Abigale Ferlan leading the team with 7 kills. Alex Austreim facilitated the offense with 17 assists, while Rylee Irgens anchored the defense with 10 digs. The Coyotes also recorded four service aces, with contributions from Irgens and Austreim.

Minot North will next face Bismarck St. Mary's on November 4, while Williston will travel to Bismarck for their next matchup.
