MINOT - Minot High swept Mandan 3-0 in a conference volleyball match on October 2, improving their record to 10-6 overall and 8-2 in the WDA. Mandan fell to 4-12 overall and 3-7 in the WDA.

Everette Deschamp led Minot with 14 kills and contributed defensively with 11 digs. Kynsli Gillmore added 11 kills and 10 digs, showcasing her all-around skills. Mackenzie Dufner orchestrated the offense with 36 assists, while Camdyn Varty was a defensive standout with 19 digs and 4 service aces.

Mandan was led by Jersey Hammes, who tallied 10 kills and shared the lead in blocks with 1.5. Hadley Harris anchored the defense with 14 digs and added 2 service aces. Keya Condon and Gabriele Frohlich each contributed 15 assists.

Minot High will next face Bismarck Legacy, while Mandan is set to play undefeated Bismarck Century on October 7.
