BISMARCK - Dickinson defeated Bismarck St. Mary's 3-1 in a conference volleyball match on Tuesday evening. Dickinson improved to 11-17 overall and 8-8 in the WDA, while St. Mary's fell to 4-24 overall and 2-14 in the WDA.
Jenna Nelson led Dickinson with an impressive 23 kills and added 13 digs and 3 blocks, showcasing her all-around performance. Lexi Bradley contributed significantly with 5 service aces and 16 digs, while Jenna Zubke orchestrated the offense with 32 assists.
For St. Mary's, Mataya Messer was a standout with 19 kills, supported by Maggie Meyer's 25 assists and 5 service aces. Defensively, Sophia Link anchored the team with 15 digs.
Looking ahead, Dickinson will face Minot (12-4 WDA, 18-11 overall) on October 30, while Bismarck St. Mary's will take on Bismarck Legacy (10-6 WDA, 16-12 overall) on the same day.
