MINOT - Jamestown defeated Minot North 3-1 in a conference volleyball match on September 16, improving their record to 7-4 overall and 4-1 in the WDA, while Minot North fell to 5-7 overall and 1-5 in the WDA.

Lucy Falk led Jamestown with an impressive 23 kills and added 21 digs and 4 blocks. Hannah Attleson contributed significantly with 28 assists and 15 digs, showcasing her all-around skills. Jetta Peterson was a defensive anchor with 28 digs.

For Minot North, Elli Laskowski tallied 13 kills and added 5 digs, while Addy Harper contributed 7 kills. Brynn Francis was pivotal with 32 assists and 23 digs, highlighting her dual role as a setter and defender.

Jamestown will face Bismarck, who holds a 4-1 WDA record, in their next match on September 18. Minot North is set to play against Bismarck Century, currently undefeated in the WDA, also on September 18.
