MINOT - Minot North edged Dickinson 3-2 in a thrilling conference volleyball match on October 25, improving their record to 11-16 overall and 4-11 in the Western Dakota Association. Dickinson fell to 10-17 overall and 7-8 in the WDA.

Jenna Nelson led Dickinson with an impressive 22 kills and added 12 digs, while Lexi Bradley contributed 15 kills and 19 digs. Kaley Embry anchored the defense with 32 digs and served 3 aces. Jenna Zubke orchestrated the offense with 48 assists.

For Minot North, Aven Kelly delivered 14 kills and 5 blocks. Elli Laskowski added 13 kills, and Brynn Francis recorded a double-double with 12 kills and 18 digs. LeAnne Sim guided the offense with 22 assists and contributed 14 digs.

Minot North will face Mandan (6-9 WDA, 9-19 overall) on October 28, while Dickinson is set to play Bismarck St. Mary's (2-13 WDA, 4-23 overall) on the same day.
