MANDAN - Mandan edged Dickinson 3-2 in a thrilling volleyball match on October 21, 2025. The victory improved Mandan's record to 9-18 overall and 6-8 in the WDA, while Dickinson fell to 9-16 overall and 6-7 in the conference.

Mandan took the first two sets 25-22 and 25-15, with standout performances from Anna Claire Bugbee and Jersey Hammes, each contributing 11 kills. Anna Lyles added 10 kills and 3 blocks, providing a strong front line for Mandan.

Dickinson rallied to take the third and fourth sets 25-22 and 25-22, led by Jenna Nelson's impressive 26 kills and 2.5 blocks. Jenna Zubke facilitated the offense with 33 assists and added 9 digs.

In the decisive fifth set, Mandan secured the match with a 15-10 victory. Mandan will next face Bismarck Legacy on October 23, while Dickinson will play Williston on the same day.
