DICKINSON - Dickinson edged Bismarck Legacy 3-2 in a thrilling volleyball match on Tuesday night. The Midgets improved to 7-8 overall and 6-3 in the WDA, while the Sabers fell to 6-9 overall and 5-4 in the conference.

Jenna Nelson led Dickinson with an impressive 34 kills, while Rubi Valencia contributed 25 assists and 16 digs. Lexi Bradley and Ava Hauck each added 26 digs, showcasing a strong defensive effort by the Midgets.

For Bismarck Legacy, Brooklyn Pudwill and Finley Fettig each recorded 10 kills. Bentley Solem was a key playmaker with 33 assists and also added 20 digs. McKenzie Schilke led the team defensively with 23 digs.

Looking ahead, Bismarck Legacy will face Minot North (3-6 WDA, 7-8 overall) on October 2. Dickinson will take on Bismarck (6-3 WDA, 10-5 overall) on the same day.
