BISMARCK - Bismarck High swept Mandan 3-0 in a conference volleyball match on October 30, improving their record to 18-12 overall and 11-6 in the WDA. Mandan dropped to 10-20 overall and 7-10 in the WDA.
Bismarck High showcased a balanced offensive attack, led by Rosalyn Brunelle with 11 kills and Jensen Hintz adding 9. Dalena Aamot and Renee Biederstedt each contributed 8 kills, while Jordyn Rood added 7. Aspen Roaldson orchestrated the offense with 35 assists.
Defensively, Hadley Harris led Mandan with 12 digs, while Keya Condon added 11. For Bismarck, Roaldson and Alannah Kemmis each had 9 digs. Taylor Mayer was effective from the service line with 5 aces.
Bismarck High's victory ties them for fourth place in the conference. They will face Williston next, while Mandan prepares to take on Jamestown on November 4.
