BISMARCK - Bismarck High swept Jamestown 3-0 in a conference volleyball match on Thursday, improving their record to 17-11 overall and 10-5 in the WDA. Jamestown fell to 16-11 overall and 10-5 in the WDA.
Bismarck was led by Jensen Hintz, who recorded 12 kills, while Jordyn Rood added 11 kills and 2.5 blocks. Rosalyn Brunelle contributed with 8 kills and 2 service aces, showcasing a balanced offensive attack.
On the defensive side, Ava Mischel led the way with 21 digs, and Taylor Mayer added 16 digs and a service ace. Aspen Roaldson orchestrated the offense effectively with 35 assists, helping Bismarck secure the straight-set victory.
Next, Bismarck will face Bismarck Century, who boast a 15-0 WDA record, on October 28. Jamestown will look to rebound against Minot, who are 12-3 in the WDA, also on October 28.
