BISMARCK - Bismarck High continued their strong start in the Western Dakota Association with a 3-0 victory over Minot North on September 9, 2025. The Demons improved to 8-2 overall and 4-0 in conference play, while the Sentinels fell to 5-5 overall and 1-3 in WDA.
Rosalyn Brunelle led Bismarck with an impressive 17 kills, supported by Jordyn Rood's 8 kills and Jensen Hintz's 7. Aspen Roaldson orchestrated the offense with 28 assists, while Alannah Kemmis contributed 17 digs, showcasing a balanced team effort.
For Minot North, McKinnley Kragh recorded 10 kills and Aven Kelly added 7 kills along with 5 blocks. Kate Weishaar anchored the defense with 18 digs, and Brynn Francis facilitated the attack with 31 assists.
Bismarck will face Bismarck Legacy (1-2 WDA, 2-7 overall) on September 11, while Minot North prepares to meet Minot (3-0 WDA, 5-4 overall) on the same day.
