BISMARCK - Bismarck Century continued its winning streak with a decisive 31-6 victory over Minot on Friday night, improving to 3-0 in the Western Dakota Association and 5-2 overall. Minot remains winless at 0-7 overall and 0-3 in conference play.
Carter Wylde led Century's offensive charge, rushing for 163 yards on 28 carries and scoring two touchdowns. Quarterback Noah Herr contributed with a 9-yard touchdown pass to Joey Kraljic and a 4-yard rushing touchdown, completing 7 of 12 passes for 81 yards.
Minot's lone score came from a 31-yard touchdown pass from Ryder Sutton to Logan Ludwig. Sutton completed 8 of 17 passes for 109 yards but was intercepted once. Defensively, Century's Darion Bitz led with six tackles, while Todd Toman added four tackles.
Century's defense has been dominant, allowing just 13 points over their three conference games, as they head into the latter part of the season with momentum.
