Girls Golf: Dickinson Invite
Event Recap
DICKINSON - Bismarck Legacy notched its second conference meet title of the season, edging Mandan for a second-straight tournament. The Sabers' 353 score at the Heart River G.C. on Aug. 24 was three better than the Braves. Rawni Roemmich led the Sabers with a round of 80, one stroke off the medalist score which went to Century sophomore Ashlen Larsen (79). Watford City finished third with a 359 score. The meet served as a state individual qualifier and 28 golfers reached qualifying standards with scores of 94 or better. Eleven teams had at least one golfer qualify for state. Legacy led the way with five. Conditions were sunny and warm with a slight breeze.
