BISMARCK - Legacy showcased a strong performance by sweeping all six singles matches en route to a 8-1 WDA counter win over visiting Jamestown on Sept. 1 at Sanford Sports Complex. The Sabers' dominance in singles play set was illustrated by straight set victories. The win improved Legacy to 2-0 in WDA matches and 4-5 overall. The Blue Jays dropped to 0-1 in conference matches and 0-6 overall.

Jamestown's lone win came at No. 2 doubles, taking a Super Set. Despite the overall outcome, Jamestown showed potential in their doubles play, as another met needed three sets.

Next, Jamestown will face Williston, who are currently 0-2 in the WDA and 0-7 overall, on September 4. Legacy is set to compete against West Fargo Sheyenne on the same day.
