BISMARCK - Mandan continued their unbeaten streak with a decisive 8-1 victory over Bismarck on Sept. 1 at Tom O'Leary Courts, improving to 6-0 overall and 3-0 in the Western Dakota Association. Bismarck, now 2-5 overall and 0-2 in the WDA, fought hard on their home court.
Mandan showcased their depth by sweeping all six singles matches. The Braves were particulary strong in spots No. 2-3-4, where it dropped just nine combined games. Bismarck's lone victory came in the doubles match where the duo of Quinn Kleser and Seth Peterson displayed excellent teamwork and resilience. Despite the overall result, Bismarck showed promise with strong rallies and competitive play throughout the match.
Looking ahead, Mandan will face West Fargo on September 4, while Bismarck prepares for a matchup against Century on September 3.
