Century defeats Minot North, 5-2

MINOT - Century picked up its second-straight dual win, topping Minot North 5-2 on September 1 at Hammond Park, improving to 4-2 overall. Minot North fell to 0-2 in the WDA and 4-3 overall.
Century showcased their strength in doubles, sweeping all three matches. The Patriots' duo of Teddy Andrist and Ryker Dunlop led the charge with a commanding performance at No. 1 doubles.
In singles, Century split the four matches, including wins at No. 1 singles (Ryan Mullally) and No. 4 (Beckett Henderson). North's singles win came by Brayden Callahan (No. 2) and Lucas Griffith (No. 3). The teams will meet later this month for its WDA counter dual.
Century will face Bismarck, who holds a 0-1 WDA and 2-4 overall record, on September 3. Minot North will host Minot, currently undefeated at 2-0 in the WDA and 7-0 overall, on the same day.
