BISMARCK - Century posted its third shutout of the season, using a pair of Cale McEvers goals in the opening minutes to get a 2-0 win over rival Legacy on a near-still night of action on Sept. 10 at the MDU Resources Community Bowl.

McEvers first tally came just four minutes in and the the insurance marker came at 16th minute mark. Brayden Linster saved all four shots. Legacy goalie James Erickson was busy, stopping 11 shots. Legacy's defense continues to shine. It's surrendered just nine goals in its eight matches. Unfortunately, it's offensive production hasn't matched it. Century will face Bismarck next on September 17, while Legacy looks to rebound against Jamestown on September 15.
